TRANSLATION OF DOCUMENTS
The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Poland provides translation service from English to Polish and Polish to English for under mentioned documents
- Educational Certificates
- Birth Certificates
- Marriage Certificates
- Police Clearance Certificates
- Unmarrieg Status Certificate
Sri Lankan documents to be translated should be authenticated by the Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka. Polish documents to be translated to English should be authenticated by the relevant authorities and finally endorsed by the Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland or other appropriate country.
When applying to obtain translations of the documents, the following should be submitted along with the original document:
- Letter of Request (Word)
- Registration ID (applicable for Sri Lankan citizens only)
- Valid Passport with visa
