H.E. Mrs. T. P. Dharmasena

The Ambassador is a career diplomat with 26 years in the Sri Lanka Foreign Service with many positions held since then, at Sri Lanka Missions and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She held the position of Director General to the South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC) before assuming duties in Poland and amongst other posts held, she also served as Director General to the East Asia Division. The Ambassador designate served as Sri Lanka’s Consul General in Guangzhou, China and also held several other diplomatic positions in South Korea, Norway and United Kingdom. She is a graduate from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and a past pupil of Ladies College, Colombo 07.
