The Ministry of National Security of Sri Lanka requests Sri Lankan citizens living overseas and foreign visitors to Sri Lanka, except those living in the Middle Eastern countries, to apply for Police Clearance Certificates online, in order to minimize the difficulties encountered in obtaining such certificates through the regular process.
